Hello, dear friends. I’m writing today to let you know that I will be out of the country for the next few weeks. I am continuing my plant medicine journey with ayahuasca.
I have lost two dogs in the past week, and it has been rough. I am grateful to have made it through without so much as a whisper from my addicted voice. As I cared for them in their last few weeks, I lost my inspiration to write. I’m not here to force myself into it, but rather to live up to my commitments and keep touch with my community.
If you’re struggling today, just know that your strength is growing and you will make it here someday. Someday you will have no cravings, difficult things will happen, and you will be present and gentle with yourself through them.
May you be happy and free, dear reader.
