Secular Addiction Recovery Coaching

Early lays on their side in the grass with their late best friend, Cheyenne.

You don’t have to walk this path alone.

Looking for peer-based secular addiction recovery coaching or help with harm reduction?

Do you need trauma-aware support that meets you where you’re at?

Searching for someone who is queer and neurodivergent friendly?

I see you.

About me:

Hi friend, my name is Early (they/them), and I am a person in long-term addiction recovery. Harm reduction was essential and life-saving for me. I struggled with alcohol, drugs, inhalant use, anxiety, and C-PTSD, and I understand the pain and frustration of feeling out of control. Living and recovering while queer and neurodivergent adds an extra layer to my existence. Most people don’t understand complex and intersectional identity — unless they’ve experienced it.

My Style:

My coaching uses science-based addiction recovery tools that actually work. My focus is client-centered, allowing you to choose what works best for your life. If you bristle when being told what to do, you’re in the right place. I believe that our mind and body are connected and that healing holistically provides a solid foundation to learn to trust ourselves again. Which parts of you need nurturing?

Why My Approach Works:

Many people with complex identities and those from historically marginalized groups (women, BIPOC, queers, disabled people, etc.) feel disconnected or alienated from traditional programs and religious frameworks. My coaching offers a secular, affirming space for people who want practical, compassionate support. I’m open to spirituality, but I don’t force it. Your recovery belongs to you, and I am here to support you, whatever that looks like. I support a holistic view of recovery — it’s more than just the substance — it’s our entire self yearning for healing.

As a peer recovery coach I work with people navigating:

-substance use and addiction recovery, harm reduction and/or abstinence-based

-relapse cycles and negative self-talk

-burnout and nervous system overwhelm

-neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, etc.)

-queer (LGBTQIA+) identity and recovery

-anxiety and emotional regulation

-building community that lifts you up

-healing, self-trust, and connection to self

I offer peer-based services that help you help yourself, from a place of lived experience. You don’t have to do this alone. Recovery coaching is not a substitute for therapy, counseling, or treatment. I can help you find medical professionals for that type of stuff at your request. You deserve healing and support. I can’t wait to meet you.

Secular addiction recovery coaching for queer and neurodivergent people and their allies. No shame, no dogma.
